Perhaps the greatest lesson Osbourne teaches through her blog is the importance of maintaining a balanced view of diet and exercise. She has repeatedly said that she considers her diet a way to ‘feed yourself properly’, acknowledging the importance of including healthy foods in her diet most of the time but still allowing herself the occasional indulgence. It is her sensible moderation in these areas that has enabled her to shift the way she views her eating habits.
