Please READ: This video is a must see for anyone who is looking to lose weight effortlessly. I have 10 simple, yet effective tips that are proven to shed that tummy fat. It worked for me. I gave a commitment to change my habits for 30 days. It can work for you if you do the same. Please don't be discouraged if it takes longer than 30 days. Your persistence will pay off. :-) 1. I walked or did mild exercises 2. I ate no fast food. (McDonalds, Burger King, Taco Bell) 3. I drink all kinds of tea without any sweeteners, especially Rooibos tea. This tea is excellent for diet changes and weight loss (even Dr. Oz recommends it) 4. I stopped eating so many desserts. I designated a "cheat" day. 5. I incorporated Chromium Picolinate into my daily supplements. This helped minimize my desire for sweets. 6. I didn't wait until I was hungry to eat. I planned my meals in advance. 7. I drank water and Apple Cider Vinegar to burn unwanted fat. 8. I used a slimming belt when I exercised and for an added boost I sucked in my stomach while exercising. 9. I did a salt water cleanse twice during the 30 day period to flush out impurities in my system. 10. I stopped eating after 6pm. So there it is...the skinny on being skinny!
