Why do you expect differently from yourself when going to bed? 2️⃣ Have a bedtime routine This doesn’t need to be extravagant & be 3hrs of your evening. It can be as simple as brushing your teeth, washing your face & getting in bed with a good book. Things that are going to calm your mind & body, doom scrolling this app or binge watching Netflix doesn’t fit that category. 3️⃣ Have your final meal of the day 2-3hrs before you go to bed. Eating too close to bed will hinder your digestion & disrupt your circadian rhythm.
