Spray a little oil in the pot — I used about 4 grams of oil. Then, crack an egg into the pot and fry it until both sides are golden brown. No need to add more oil or wash the pot after. Just toss the radish strips directly into the pot and stir-fry them a bit. After they soften, add boiling water. Remember, it must be boiling water to get a white broth. Then, put the fried egg back into the pot and simmer on low heat for one or two minutes. For seasoning, just add a little salt and some chili powder. Sprinkle a bit of goji berries and cilantro on top for extra nutrition and flavor. The soup will be milky white, with a beautiful broth-like appearance. It's low in calories but incredibly tasty, and it keeps you full for a long time. This big bowl of soup will make you feel very comfortable after eating it. It's a must-try during any self-care period and is perfect for dinner. As for breakfast, I recommend 10 grams of white yam, a few remaining fruits, a boiled egg, and a cup of soy milk. For dinner, you can sauté a tomato until it's soft, add water, then put in some buckwheat noodles, fish balls, and fried egg for protein. Finally, toss in some leafy greens and season with oyster sauce, salt, sesame oil, and soy sauce. That’s our lunch for today.
