One of the fastest ways to find someone that doesn't eat healthy enough is to find one that labels themselves as a "clean eater". People that eat clean, don't call it that. It's simply the way they eat. It's a lifestyle. 4. I'm following the (insert diet name) diet. We all know that diets are based on deprivation and short term tactics for dropping weight. Most people go on a diet only to eventually fall off the diet. The better approach is to find an eating style that works with your lifestyle since it will be more sustainable when you do. 5. I just want to get my beach body ready for the Summer this year. Goals that have an expiration date are always more susceptible to being terminated once that date has passed. What you did to get your body to the goal must be sustained if you want to keep the results long after reaching the goal. Choose internal motivators that aren't attached to a specific date for this reason.
