High-Intensity Interval Training is a cluster of short, intense anaerobic (cardio) type exercises that you perform at a fast rate, without any recovery periods. These exercises can range anywhere from 4-30 minutes This exercise grouping is called "Mandatory 100's" because you have to do 100 consecutive reps of each required movement. Instead of spending a half hour or hour on cardio in the gym (treadmill, stair master, elliptical) you can burn JUST AS MANY -- if not more -- calories in about 5-10 minutes, with this M-100 Workout!
