Clean and chop bana stem into small pieces. Mix it with 1 tbsp curd and 1 tsp turmeric powder. Keep aside for 20 mnts. In a tawa, splutter mustard seeds with red chilly and curry leaves in 2 tbsp coconut oil. Squeeze the banana stem well to drain out all liquid content and add to the tawa. Add salt to taste, mix well and cook closed for 10 mnts. Open lid and add half grared coconut. Mix well.
