5 Key Facts About Famous Cbdfx Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies Shorts

Roughly 80% of hypothyroid or low thyroid patients say that they have trouble losing weight. It's for this reason, that they are often attracted to dangerous diets that promise rapid weight loss. Unfortunately for them, instead of rapid weight loss, they are often met with thyroid damage, metabolic damage, and short-lived changes on the scale that revert back to normal the second they stop. Which is why today I'm going to talk about the most powerful weight loss treatments that exist for thyroid patients. If you are looking to lose weight SAFELY while ensuring that your weight won't just come right back on the second you stop, these are for you: 1. Prolonged fasting (1-4 days) Fasting is hands down the cheapest and most reliable way to lose weight. While it is a form of calorie restriction, it works better than daily calorie restriction for patients with thyroid dysfunction (see the video for more info as to why). 2. Strategically decrease carbohydrate intake Your thyroid needs carbohydrates, at least 100 grams per day, but you can strategically reduce your carb intake to push out water weight and nudge the scale downward. This is great if you need to rapidly lose some weight for something like a wedding. But given their importance for daily thyroid function, carb cycling works better than long-term low carb diets. 3. Zone-2 training Zone-2 training promote more fat burn than any other level of exercise and it's perfect for thyroid patients because it's lower in intensity than HIIT. This means better compliance, more fat loss, and less fatigue. 4. T3 thyroid medication T3 thyroid medication is by far the most powerful thyroid hormone available and it also happens to be the best for weight loss. The only problem? It's hard to get. If you can't get T3 then opt for T2 instead which is available over the counter and comes in cream and capsule form. 5. GLP-1 agonists I'm not a huge fan of GLP-1 agonists in general, but there's no question that they do work and there may be a situation where using them makes sense. That said, given their significant side effect profile, they should be reserved for when all other treatments have failed! Welcome to @HealthyKidneyInc! I'm Robert Galarowicz, I've been through every stage of kidney disease, I've been living with a Kidney Transplant for 20 years, and I'm a naturopath and nutritionist. Ozempic (semaglutide), a GLP-1 receptor agonist initially developed for type 2 diabetes management, has gained attention for its potential benefits in weight loss and kidney disease. Recent studies, including the FLOW clinical trial, have demonstrated that Ozempic can significantly reduce the risk of major kidney disease-related events by 24% in individuals with type 2 diabetes and chronic kidney disease (CKD). These benefits include lowering the risk of kidney failure, dialysis, and death from cardiovascular causes. Additionally, Ozempic has been shown to reduce albuminuria by over 50%, indicating improved kidney function . Beyond its renal benefits, Ozempic is effective in promoting weight loss, which is crucial for individuals with CKD, as obesity can exacerbate kidney damage. By mimicking the GLP-1 hormone, Ozempic helps regulate blood sugar levels, suppress appetite, and slow digestion, leading to weight reduction. However, it's important to note that while Ozempic offers promising benefits, it may cause side effects such as nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. Therefore, its use should be under medical supervision, especially in patients with existing kidney conditions Purchase our products here: https://www.amazon.com/stores/page/A29F741A-3594-42A6-9E4E-DEAB46C60BF6?channel=Youtube To learn more on how to support good kidney health, check out our website: https://healthykidneyinc.com FOLLOW US ON SOCIAL MEDIA: Healthy Kidney In accounts: - Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/HealthyKidneyInc/ - TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@healthykidneyinc?lang=en - Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/healthykidneyinc/ - Threads: https://www.threads.net/@healthykidneyinc?hl=en - YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@HealthyKidneyInc - Twitter: https://twitter.com/KidneyRestore - Pinterest: https://www.pinterest.com/healthykidn... Stop. Buying. Supplements. From. Third. Party. Vendors. The supplement industry is a really nasty business and Amazon has only complicated the issue even further. Reminder: when it comes to supplements, the FDA treats them entirely differently from food or drugs. Supplements can hide behind something known as “proprietary blends”. This is a “secret” blend that we are not privy to – this can include insufficient amounts of ingredients. This means you may be taking a supplement for no reason because the benefits are not truly being reaped. Personally, I recently ordered @JarrowFormulas Ubiquinol off of Amazon and received expired product due to price shopping. This isn’t the end of the world, but this does mean they won’t be as potent. This is on the smaller scale of issues when ordering from a third-party. What could happen is ordering counterfeit products altogether and not knowing what you are actually taking. When ordering supplements, order directly from the vendor. #shorts #supplements #dieting #fitnesstips #fitnesstip #fitness #bodybuilding #muscle #training #personaltrainer #nyctrainer #nycfitnesstrainer #nycfitfam

Semaglutide has been gaining attention in recent years as a potential treatment for weight loss. Originally used for the treatment of type 2 diabetes, studies have shown that this medication can also be effective in helping individuals lose weight. Semaglutide is a GLP-1 receptor agonist, which means it works by mimicking the effects of the hormone GLP-1 that is naturally produced in the body. One of these effects is reduced appetite, making it easier for people to eat less and lose weight.

Semaglutide Dose

The recommended dose of semaglutide for weight loss is 2.4 mg once weekly. This dose is higher than the dose used for treating diabetes, which is typically around 1 mg per day. The higher dose is necessary to achieve the desired weight loss effects. It is important to follow your healthcare provider’s instructions on how to take semaglutide, as taking too much or too little can affect its effectiveness.

When starting on semaglutide, your healthcare provider may gradually increase your dose to help minimize side effects. It is important to talk to your provider if you experience any side effects or if you are not seeing the desired weight loss results. Semaglutide should be used in combination with a healthy diet and exercise for best results.

Side Effects

Like any medication, semaglutide can cause side effects. Some common side effects of semaglutide include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and constipation. These side effects usually improve over time as your body adjusts to the medication. In rare cases, semaglutide can cause more serious side effects such as pancreatitis or kidney problems. It is important to talk to your healthcare provider if you experience any concerning side effects while taking this medication.

Additionally, semaglutide has been associated with an increased risk of thyroid cancer in animal studies. While this risk has not been definitively proven in humans, it is something to consider when taking this medication. It is important to discuss the risks and benefits of semaglutide with your healthcare provider before starting treatment.

Effectiveness

Studies have shown that semaglutide can help individuals lose a significant amount of weight when used in conjunction with diet and exercise. In one study, participants who took semaglutide lost an average of 15% of their body weight over 68 weeks, compared to only 2.4% in the placebo group. This weight loss was sustained over time, with participants maintaining an average weight loss of 14.9% after 68 weeks of treatment.

Semaglutide has also been shown to improve other aspects of health, such as reducing blood pressure and cholesterol levels. This medication may be particularly beneficial for individuals who are struggling to lose weight through diet and exercise alone. It is important to work closely with your healthcare provider to monitor your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your treatment plan.

Cost and Accessibility

One potential drawback of semaglutide for weight loss is the cost. This medication can be expensive, especially if it is not covered by your insurance. However, some insurance plans may cover the cost of semaglutide if it is prescribed for weight loss. Additionally, some pharmaceutical companies offer assistance programs to help offset the cost of the medication.

Accessibility may also be a concern for some individuals, as not all healthcare providers may be familiar with using semaglutide for weight loss. It is important to find a provider who is knowledgeable about this medication and can work with you to develop a treatment plan that is right for you. Overall, semaglutide can be an effective tool for weight loss for individuals who have struggled to lose weight through other means.

Overall, semaglutide is a promising treatment option for individuals struggling with obesity. With the right dose, diet, and exercise regimen, this medication can help individuals achieve significant weight loss and improve their overall health. It is important to work closely with your healthcare provider to monitor your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your treatment plan to ensure the best outcomes.
