Enjoy guys! ******************************************************************* I know a few of you requested to see some HIIT type workouts and I thought this "Mandatory 100s" workout would be a great option! High-Intensity Interval Training is a cluster of short, intense anaerobic (cardio) type exercises that you perform at a fast rate, without any recovery periods. These exercises can range anywhere from 4-30 minutes This exercise grouping is called "Mandatory 100's" because you have to do 100 consecutive reps of each required movement. Instead of spending a half hour or hour on cardio in the gym (treadmill, stair master, elliptical) you can burn JUST AS MANY -- if not more -- calories in about 5-10 minutes, with this M-100 Workout! These movements will blast your legs, your core, and your upper body, creating a full body fat-blasting experience! *TIP FOR BEGINNERS: Even if you have to stop before you hit 100, take your time, do as much as you can, and most of all, don't get discouraged! You saw that I was out of breath at the end of the video because it still gets the best of me!
