High intensity interval training is the type of training that's been known to decrease visceral body fat. So let me show you my model. Visceral body fat. This is going to be the body fat around your organs. This is more of the dangerous kind of body fat. I don't even like to call body fat dangerous, but in general, when you have the body fat surrounding organs, that's the one that we definitely want to decrease first if we have excess. High intensity interval training has been shown to do just this. I find that 10 minutes, three days a week, strength training in an interval style approach is super effective for individuals who are on a weight loss journey using a GLP-1 agonist, and it's doable, it's manageable, and I have to tell you that even if it's difficult for you to do certain movements like squats, like push-ups, all those things, you don't have to do those things, okay?
